Li Weiping, born in March1973, holds a PhD and is a professor. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Director of the Autonomous Region Collaborative Innovation Center for Ecological Protection and Comprehensive Utilization of the Inner Mongolia Section of the Yellow River Basin, an expert reviewer for the Inner Mongolia "One Lake, Two Seas" planning, and an academic and technical leader for the Baotou City "5512Project." He is also a member of the Inner Mongolia Higher Education Discipline Construction Steering Committee, a member of the Academic Committee of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, an expert reviewer for environmental damage judicial appraisal and registration in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and an expert in the China Resources Group's science and technology expert database. In recent years, he has presided over more than20national, provincial, ministerial, and industry-funded projects ; publishedover160 articles and7monographs; obtained8authorized invention patents ; and his developed " Application ofAMBBRProcess in Industrial Wastewater Treatment" was selected for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Advanced Technology Guidance Directory for Water Conservation and Water Pollution Prevention.
