09.白云鄂博铁矿烧结过程中氟化物生成的热力学与动力学

摘要针对白云鄂博铁精矿烧结过程中,CaF2Na2O生成NaF反应进行了热力学计算与动力学分析,得出了NaF生成反应的开始温度、表观活化能以及限制性环节。结果表明: NaF生成反应的开始温度为 936 ,表观活化能为86.833 kJ/mol,即界面反应为过程的限制性环节。

Abstract: Aiming at the sintering process of Baiyunebo iron ore, the reaction of CaF   2 and Na   2O to form NaF were calculated by thermodynamics and analyzed by dynamics, In the paper, the starting temperature of generating NaF, the apparent activation energy and the restrictive link can be obtained. The results indicate that the starting temperature of generating NaF are  
936 , the reaction active energy is 86.833 kJ/mol, namely the restrictive link is interface chemical reaction.
