摘要:本文采用化学浸泡法,研究了在1.0mol/L的氯化钠溶液中,LaCl3作为缓蚀剂时,缓蚀剂的浓度、温度以及浸泡时间对2024铝合金的缓蚀效率的影响。研究表明,La3+作缓蚀剂时,其在浓度为1.0mmol/L、温度为30℃和浸泡时间是48h时缓蚀效率达到最高。并且温度的升高和浸泡时间的延长都有利于缓蚀剂抑制铝合金的腐蚀。本文还利用阿伦尼乌斯方程来计算腐蚀活化能,并利用其来分析浓度、温度以及浸泡时间对腐蚀速率的影响。

The study of inhibition properties of rare earth lanthanumon aluminum alloy by chemical soaking method

Abstract:The effects of inhibitorconcentration, temperature and immersion time on the corrosion rate of 2024aluminium alloy in 1.0mol/L NaCl solution werestudied by chemical soaking method while using LaCl3 as inhibitor.The results reveal that the corrosion inhibitor ishighly efficient when La3+ concentration is 1.0mmol/L, and the immersiontime is 48 h at temperature of 30℃. High temperature and soaking time extension are infavour of the corrosion inhibition on the aluminum alloy. The corrosionactivation energy was calculated and the effects of concentration, temperatureand soaking time were analyzed using Arrhenius equation.
