07.La0.67Sr0.33Mn0.7Fe0.3O3的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘要:采用溶胶凝胶燃烧法制备了纳米级钙钛矿型复合氧化物La0.67Sr0.33Mn0.7Fe0.3O3,通过XRDSEM对样品的物相和形貌进行表征,结果表明所得La0.67Sr0.33Mn0.7Fe0.3O3样品为钙钛矿结构,直径约为50纳米,长度为1微米。以350W氙灯做光源,催化降解亚甲基蓝水溶液,反应6h,降解率达到96%

AbstractNano-sized perovskite type composite oxide La0.67Sr0.33Mn0.7Fe0.3O3was synthesized by sol-gel combustion method.Morphology andstructure of the prepared powder were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showthat La0.67Sr0.33Mn0.7Fe0.3O3was perovskite structure (ABO3), with its grain diameter being about50nm at the length of 1 micron. With 350w xenon lamp aslight source, reacting in the catalytically degraded blue solution methylenefor 6 hours, the degradation rate reached 96%.
