23.热轧平整机组过程自动化系统研究

要:本文依托首钢迁安钢铁公司1580mm热轧平整机组工程项目,对平整机组过程自动化系统进行深入研究,掌握了平整轧制生产工艺,集成了系统平台组态工具,开发出适用于平整轧制的压力设定预报模型最终研发出具有自主知识产权的平整轧制过程自动化控制系统,并在该工程进行了现场应用结果表明本系统的各项技术性能指标完全满足目标要求,其中轧制力控制精度±0.2%,延伸率控制精度±0.1%达到国内领先水平,取得了良好的在线应用效果。

Abstract: Anin-depth study for the process automation system of skin passmill was carried out under the background of Shougang Qian'an  SteelCorp 1580 mm hot rolling temper mill project. The temper rolling production process wasmastered, the system platform configuration tool was integrated,and therolling force setup prediction models were developed. Finally, the temper rolling processautomation control system with independent intellectual property rightswas developed and the field application was conducted in this engineeringproject. The result shows that the technical performance index of this system metthe requirements ,such as the rolling force control precision ≤±0.2%, and the elongationrate control precision ≤±0.1%. The leading domestic level was reachedand good online application effects were achieved.
