钢铁企业月考核功率因数修正及系统研究

摘要:本文首先根据大型钢铁企业的电力供电网络,提出了企业月考核功率因数模型,并结合供电部门对功率因数的考核细则,建立功率因数监测点模型。利用电力调度二次一体化平台提供的通用数据引擎,开发了钢铁企业月考核功率因数修正及控制系统,成功解决了企业无法获取实时考核功率因数的问题;通过对自动电压控制系统的改进,实现了对月考核功率因数的实时监视和自动控制功能,为企业提供了有效的技术手段。

Abstract: The establishment of the enterprisemanagement power factor model was put forward according to the power supplynetwork of large iron and steel enterprises. Combined with the assessment rulesof the power factor from the electricity sector, the power factor monitoringpoint model was established.By using a universal data engine from secondary systemintegration platform of electric powerdispatching provides, the development of the monthly assessment of power factorcorrection and control system was carried out for iron and steel enterprises. Itsuccessfully solved the problem of enterprise’s failure in obtaining the realtime assessment of power factor, and the automatic voltage control system wasimproved. Then the real-time monitoring on the assessment of power factor and itsautomatic control were realized, providing an effective technological methodfor enterprises to reasonably control the power factor.
