摘要：网络电话在矿山生产中发挥着越来重要的作用，为了提高煤矿井下通讯效率，本文设计了一种矿用网络电话系统，叙述了网络电话系统的构成，重点介绍了系统上位机和下位机软件的设计方法，该电话系统功能齐全，操作方便，应用效果良好。

Abstract：TheInternet telephone plays an increasingly important role in mine production, inorder to improve the efficiency of communication in coal mine underground, aninternet telephone system used in coal mine was designed, and the structure ofthe internet telephone system is described and the software design method ofthe upper and lower computer system were introduced. The telephone system hasfull function and is convenient to operation, and the application effect is quitegood.
