18.热风炉监控系统评价体系设计

摘要:为了提高生产效率与能源利用率,故在此设计一个运行评价的界面,对热风炉在燃烧蓄热过程状态进行监控,对运行性能进行评价,给出热风炉燃的烧状态满意度。通过评价体系选出优良样本,利用BP神经网络预测出最优样本,使下一炉次的燃烧按照最优样本数据燃烧。对评价体系进行模拟运行也取得了预期的控制效果,从而证明了设计的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Inorder to enhance productivity and energy utilization rate, an operationevaluation interface was designed which is used for monitoring the state ofblast stove during regenerative combustion, evaluating the operationperformance and giving the degree of satisfaction about the burning state ofblast stove. The good samples were selected using the evaluation system, and theoptimal sample was predicted using BP neural network, so that the optimalsample data were provided for the burning of next stove. The expected controleffect was also achieved by carring out the simulation running of theevaluation system, thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of thedesign.
