9.钠基膨润土粘结剂在粉煤成型中的研究

摘要:
以粉煤为研究对象,钠基膨润土为粘结剂制备型煤,以抗压冷强度和热强度作为型块试样的性能检测指标。采用单因素变量的实验方法, 在成型压强、粉煤粒度组成、成型水分一定的情况下,通过加入不同质量的粘结剂进行实验,研究了型煤成型机理。对于无机黏结剂的钠基膨润土来说, 型煤 热强度受其加入量影响显著。 同时通过扫描电镜和电位测试的手段,进一步验证型煤性能与钠基膨润土比例的相应关系。

AbstractUsing coal powder as the research object, the briquette with sodium bentonite for binder was prepared. The compressive cold strength and thermal strength were regarded as the performance index of the briquette samples. The experiment was carried out by single factor. Under the certain conditions of the molding pressure, coal powder granularity composition and molding moisture, different mass fractions of binder in experiments were added, and the mechanism of briquette with sodium bentonite binder was studied. For sodium bentonite of inorganic binder, the thermal strength of briquette was significantly affected by its amount. At the same time scanning electron microscopy and potential test were used to further validate the corresponding relationship between the property of briquette and sodium bentonite proportion.
