7.纳米流体核态沸腾换热机理研究

摘要:本文介绍纳米流体沸腾换热的最新研究进展,并就本课题组的最新成果展开叙述,基于实验结果建立一系列封闭方程来修正和完善经典壁面热通量分区模型,模拟结果表明:汽化核心密度、气泡脱离直径和纳米流体润湿角是纳米流体换热性能提升的主要原因,所建立的新的汽化核心密度、气泡脱离直径模型预测结果与实验数据吻合较好,证明该模型的可靠性。

Advanced Research on Nucleated Boiling of Nanofluids

Abstract: The advanced research of nanofluids was reviewed. New closed correlations were established based on experimental results to improve the classical heat flux partitioning model. The results of numerical research show that the changes in nucleation site density, bubble departure diameter, bubble departure frequency and the contact angle play the important roles in the increase of heat transfer characteristics. It is found that the predictions by the improved model are in good agreement with experimental data and its simulation is available.
