In order to implement the spirit of theDecision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization and theOpinions on Promoting the Prosperous Development of Academic Journals issued by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology; to adapt to the changes of the new era and new environment; and to effectively improve the standard and quality of theJournal of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, the university has decided to adjust the Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editors-in-Chief of the journal and to establish the 8th Editorial Board. This decision is made in accordance with the regulations and requirements of documents such as theProvisions on the Administration of Vocational Qualifications for Publishing Professionals, theNotice on Regulating the Qualifications of Principal Heads of Newspapers and Periodicals, and theMeasures for the Administration of University Journals, combined with the actual situation of the university, and has been reviewed and approved by the President's Office Meeting.
