基于绕组线圈采用纯水冷却的干式整流变压器的设计研究

摘要:提出一种基于绕组线圈采用纯净水冷却的干式整流变压器的设计方案,该方案主要取决于线圈绕组的结构、变压器的阻抗电压以及变压器负载损耗约定,对于提高导线的载流量非常有效。此类变压器可以有效地降低材料消耗, 为低电压大电流的整流系统的应用提供了新的思路。

Abstract: A dry rectifier transformer based on winding coils and pure watercooling was designed .This scheme mainly depends on the structure of the coilwinding, the impedance of the transformer voltage and the the transformer loadloss. The design is very effective to improve the carrying capacity of the wire.Thiskind of transformer can effectively reduce material consumption, providing anew train of thoughts for the application of the rectifier system of lowvoltage and large current.
